What We Do
We provide a diverse range of skills workshops and entertainment events for young adults in Lincolnshire, focused on improving creative career prospects, building community, promoting authenticity, and providing a safe, judgement-free space where mental wellbeing can flourish.
By collaborating with our partners across a wide range of creative industries, we give young people the opportunity to partake in workshops, music events, and activities that encourage their creative talents – and by bringing activities and entertainment to areas that are often neglected, we can promote positive mental health and community to an even greater number of young people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Our Methods
As a certified Community Interest Company, Not That Kind Of CIC are pledged to furthering the growth of our community – our status as a CIC grants us access to resources that are not typically available to businesses, like funding from charitable initiatives such as the National Lottery Fund and The Lincolnshire Community Foundation, to further our goals of helping the Lincolnshire Arts and Culture scene grow.
Because of this, we are able to directly address the difficulties facing young people in creative spaces in dynamic ways – all while striving to promote a safe, inclusive, and authentic community for young artists to grow as individuals and flourish in their mental health.
